Return Policy
- The right to exchange and return is guaranteed to all our customers and applies to all products we offer in our store.
- All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
- Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to exchange it for another product if the product is defective or has a specific issue, or is not as agreed upon.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is entirely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any customer expectations of product usage that we did not mention on the product page on our website.
- A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or any problem with it.
